GENERAL STATEMENTS

Welcome to Golden Limo Service, a premier provider of luxury transportation. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you ("Customer") and Golden Limo Service for booking and utilizing our private car, limousine, and charter transportation services. By making a reservation on our website or through our customer service team, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

MODIFICATIONS

Golden Limo Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through one or more of the following methods:


  • Email notification to the address provided at the time of booking.

  • A notice on our website.

  • A requirement to acknowledge updated terms before booking future services.


Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT & USAGE

Golden Limo Service may collect and use customer data to:


  • Manage and secure reservations.

  • Personalize and improve our services.

  • Send promotional offers, newsletters, and service-related communications.

  • Prevent fraud, unauthorized use, and illegal activities.

  • Improve customer support and experience.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

COMPLIANCE & REGULATIONS

Golden Limo Service strictly adheres to state and federal laws. Our policies include:


  • No consumption of alcohol by passengers under the legal drinking age.

  • No illegal substances or contraband are allowed in our vehicles.

  • Our chauffeurs have the right to deny service to any passenger engaged in unlawful or disruptive activities.

  • If illegal activity is discovered, the ride will be immediately terminated with no refund, and local authorities may be notified.

ALCOHOL, SMOKING & FOOD POLICY

Smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol, using drugs, and eating food are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any violation will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and possible termination of service without refund.

LIABILITY

  • Golden Limo Service is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Customers should check for their belongings before leaving the vehicle.

  • The person booking the service assumes responsibility for any damages caused by themselves or their guests.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to the customer, including cleaning fees for spills, smoking, or excessive messes.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • While Golden Limo Service ensures all vehicles are well-maintained, mechanical failures or unforeseen circumstances may require vehicle substitution.

  • We do not guarantee overtime availability for hourly bookings.

  • Changes to booking schedules are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

WAIT TIME & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Grace Period: 15 minutes for residential or office pickups; 30 minutes for domestic flights; 60 minutes for international flights.

  • After the grace period, wait time charges apply in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.

CANCELLATIONS

  • All vehicles: 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

  • Mini Bus & Sprinter: 72 hours prior.

  • Late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations after the chauffeur is en route will be charged in full.

NO SHOWS & CHAUFFEUR ONSITE CANCELLATIONS

  • Customers who fail to show up at the pickup location without prior notice will be charged the full-service fee, plus any applicable wait time charges.

  • If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact us immediately to avoid a "No Show" charge.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

  • No deposit required for standard reservations.


No online booking available – customers must call to make modifications or cancellations.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Passengers may not:


  • Consume alcohol if underage.

  • Use or transport illegal substances.

  • Engage in violent or disruptive behavior.

  • Damage the vehicle in any manner.

  • Interfere with the chauffeur’s ability to operate the vehicle safely.


Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

By booking with Golden Limo Service, the customer agrees to:


  • Comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

  • Accept responsibility for damages, fees, and applicable charges.

  • Provide a valid payment method for all agreed-upon charges.


If any issues arise, complaints must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of trip completion. Failure to do so constitutes full acceptance of service quality.


Golden Limo Service reserves the right to charge the full contract amount 24 hours before service and apply any additional fees as required.
